After moving we contacted adt to install a security system. We got the promo thru the USPS. About a week later we got a prom for 15 free windows, free remote and a free panic alert. We called and gave them my cell phone # and were told Marcus the mgr. would call me back. After 2 weeks no call/messages from Marcus. I called back and was told that Marcus had been trying to get in touch with me". So I gave them my work cell #/. Today, 2 weeks later I called them and the person who took the call talked to Marcus and told me that because he tried to call me 3 times, it has been over 30 days the promo is not valid?. If I wanted to cancel this is the number to call 888-725-6509!. No attempt to work with me basically you don't like it? here is the number to cancel|. Customer service sucks over there|. Absolutely no attempt to work with me'. I paid over $700 for something that in a promo that came out a week later would of been free;. Can anyone suggest another company, one that is not owned by adt to go to? ADT charges 75% of the contract to cancel it, but now after my conversation with ADT, I am willing to do this. 128eaf7

Call me 813-399-4817 i will gladly turn your home into a smart home and not charge you for a single piece of equipment. i'm talking zwave technology touch screen keypad what adt calls pulse door lock camera all of it control your home hvac and all via your smart phone or any computer. lights everything lowers your electric bill roughly $24.00+ depending on the size of the home some have reported $50.00 to $75.00 in lower electric bills.... we will pay to have it installed and our call center was rated in the top 50 in the world for customer service. 4th largest monitoring company in north america. 2nd largest home automation company in north america. figured out who we are yet well CALL ME Ryan 813-399-4817 oh we are nationwide

And so the system was not bought or installed by ADT? Yet your mad at ADT for adhering to the contract YOU signed? And the sales rep Marcus he works for USPS??? Or ADT? Your complaint has NOTHING to do eith ADT. Next time don't cheap out with a dealer which offers a deal, go directly with ADT.
